Policies Regarding Your Online Order:

• IMPORTANT: WE ARE A WHOLESALE OPERATION AND SELL “TO THE TRADE” ONLY.
• If you have an established account with us, we will check your credit and ship your order as usual. If you normally pay for your order with a credit card, please be sure to include the relevant information on the order form.
• If you are a decorator but you do not have an account with us, please contact us at 1.800.299.3206 for information required to establish an account. We will refer our sales representative in your area to you to set up your new account. If you are in an area where we do not have representation, we will ask you to fax or mail to us a letterhead and/or business card prior to establishing your account. Once your account is established, you may order through our site.
• Orders to be returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restock fee; no credit will be given on outgoing freight; returns to be at your expense; no returns of 6 yds. or less accepted.
• Orders to be returned due to our error will be picked up at our expense and full credit will be issued.
• Please, no returns after 45 days.
• Dye Lots: Dye lots may vary from one shipment to the next. If an exact dye lot is required, please contact the office at 800-299-3206. We will obtain from you the proper information and do our best to meet your needs. We offer free cuttings if necessary and will hold yardage for you for up to 10 days. We cannot be responsible for dye lot issues if you have not advised us, prior to your order having been cut, that you require a particular dye lot.
• All established accounts, please note: The policies and procedures page of our current price list is in effect for all online orders.
• Liability – Creative Fabrics, Inc. liability is limited to the net amount of invoice. Creative Fabrics, Inc. does not pay for installation or re-installation.
